This document is intended to provide the reader with the required steps to configure the PBX for use with iCall Suite.

 

 

 

PBX Using iCall Suite

 

In order for the PBX to output the correct data for the iCall suite to interpret, we must follow the below system configuration.

 

Note – You will also need to have the AMP licence on PBX.

ACD Manager Print – Turn On

Unified Message – Turn On

ACD Print Enable – Turn On

Admin Data Print – Null – 6002

Online SMDR – Null – 6006

ACD Package Print – Null – 6009

Record Type – All Call

Print Incoming – On

Records in detail – On

Print Serial No – On

SMDR ICM Print – On

 

 

Test iPECS is outputting SMDR

 

Create a telnet session onto your Online SMDR port on 6006. You will receive a message from iPECS “Welcome to IPKTS”. Make a call from a handset on the system and watch for the SMDR output to emerge on the screen.
