This document is intended to provide the reader with the specification requirements to modify when AAs are being reported as extensions.

 

 

iCall Cloud Report – AA being reported as extension

 

 

When Auto Attendants are being reported as extension on iCall Cloud Report, you would need to:

 

if any AA, VM or shared line is set as extension. If they are, you will get charged for those.

To change this, go to  Configuration > User > Extension > Click on any extension > Edit > Change Extension type to Auto attendant from drop down list > Save.

 

 

It will also save you extension licenses.
