iCall Suite 6.7 & 7 – The full version of the software, where you can download and select the server, client or demo installs from the unzipped package. This will self extract into the installing machines c:tempCallmanagementCD folder. Share this folder to access the installer.exe program so you can install on client PCs across the network. Also included in this folder is the full product documentation.

Update program– This will take existing installations of the software up to the latest 6.7 or 7 level. Run this on the iCall server machine, when you login on a client machine, the software will automatically attempt to update. Please note, there is a cost associated when upgrading to version 7. Please ensure the following licences have been purchased before attempting the upgrade:

  • Report only sites iCall7-REPUP
  • Record/Report sites iCall7-RECUP

Demo Installer – Use this file to install the demo suite – this will install a full working database with dummy date to give you the look and feel of a working system. Ideal for field based staff who need to show the software to prospective buyers. NOTE: The username is: demo and the password is: demo.
