2. Document Purpose & History

 

This document is intended to provide the reader with the required information to set up Station Hunt Groups on an iPECS UCP or EMG80.

 

Hunt Groups

 

Stations can be grouped for incoming call routing and Call Pick-up purposes. Ten types of groups can be defined:

 

 

 

Programming

 

PGM 190

 

  1. Enter the required group number (401-440)
  2. Select Group Type from drop down
  3. Choose if it needs to be a Pick-up group
  4. Save group type
  5. Enter your required stations either by range or individually and press Save

 

PGM 191

 

Each type of group has a different set of available attributes relating to announcements, timers,

overflow, etc. The attached tables from the Admin and Programming manual detail the features available for each group type.  There are no attributes for a group assigned as a Net VM group in PGM 190.
