This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to enable call recording on iPECS Cloud 

 

 

How to Upgrade a Module Via the UCP 

 

 

 

First you will need to login to UCP, click on Maintenance and SW Upgrade. Click File Upload and browse for the software

The software can be found here

Click start and the software will upload to the UCP

 

 

 

 

 

Once uploaded click on Upgrade Process. This will list all modules that can be upgraded

Click on upgrade and the status will say burning. This means the software is being applied to the Module

 

  

 

When the module has been upgraded it will say Success in status.

 

 

 

You will then need to reboot the module.
