2. Document Purpose & History

 

This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps to setup the Grandstream GXV3380

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Grandstream GXV3380

 

 

 

First you will need to access the web interface, this can be obtained by either checking the IP on your DHCP device or using an IP scanner. 

 

Now we can access the Web interface we can log in to the module using admin and admin as the default user and password

The default User Name is admin and the password is admin 

 

 

 

You will then be prompted the change the password

 

 

 

Cloud Portal Setup

 

You will need to order a Grandstream GXV3380 license and set up the user on the Cloud Portal

 

 

 

Grandstream GXV3380 Account Setup

 

Enter the SIP Server address, SIP User ID, SIP Authentication ID and Password which you created on your Cloud Portal.

The SIP Server can be found on your Reseller Portal in Customer Info and Phone Setting Info

 

   

 

Nat Traversal must be set to Nat No

 

 

 

Time and Date

 

Set an NTP Server address, Set to UK and change the date format if required

 

 

 

Codecs and DTMF

 

Set the codec as PCMA Only and DTMF to SIP Info

 

 

 

Regsitration Time

 

Registration Expiration must be set to 1

 

 

 

Dial Plan

 

A UK dial plan must be entered so the GXV3380 will dial correctly. This can be copied below.
