This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps to resolve the issue of Strings missing after upgrading from pre unified software

 

Multi Language file issue

 

If you are experiencing issues after upgrading from pre unified software as below:

 

 

 

 

If you go to the Multi Language tab, you will see there is a second CSV file that has been uploaded.  You need to delete this so that you only have common.lang.csv remaining (as below).  Once you have deleted the file you need to reset the system.
