This document is intended to provide the reader with the required information on EHS compatibility with phones.

 

 

EHS compatibility with phones

 

 
 
UCP and eMG80
 

UCP or eMG80s needs to be on  App 2.1 or later.If the version is out-of-date, then visit Pragma portal to download software and upgrade system.

 

 

DTIM version

 

Should be in software version 6.1Ce or later.

 
 
LDP-9200

 

LDP-9200 handsets supplied from now on can support the EHS adaptor, however handsets supplied previously with older firmware may not be compatible and cannot be upgraded in the field.

Therefore Pragma only recommends offering the EHS adaptor with handsets purchased after 20th March 2017.

LDP 9224 handsets must be on version 1.1.0 or later.
LDP 9240 handsets must be on version 1.1a or later.
LIP 9000 handsets should be running 1.0Fh

LDP handsets cannot be upgraded – LIP can be upgraded via the web interface of the iPECS or directly via the handsets IP address.

 

Please note, LDP handset cannot be upgraded at a site/user level.

 

 

LIP-9000

 

LIP 9000 handset must be running  1.0df or later.
