This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps to delete all voicemail messages from a station.

 

 

Deleting all VM messages from a station

 

It is possible to delete all messages from a user’s mailbox, rather than listening to them and deleting them one at a time.

In Web Admin, go to the Maintenance tab and select VM Management – VM Delete

 

 

 

 

 

Enter Station number and click Delete.

 

 

You can also use this programme to look at all station messages (if you don’t know which station has filled the memory)

 

 

Click Display Station Voice Mail Status

 

 

 

Stations Voicemail information is displayed
