This document is intended to provide the reader with the required steps on how to transfer successfully on IP atendant.

 

Cloud- IP Attendant Transfer

 

Please follow the below steps to transfer within the IP attendant console.

 

Bind Transfer

During an active call dial the number for transfer destination or click the icon of the extension to receive the transfer.

 

 

Press the “Connect” button, the call is sent to the transfer destination extension and the attendant returns to idle.

 

 

Attended Transfer

During an active call dial the number for transfer destination (you will see status of this ext ie idle if internal ext)

 

 

Press * (Original caller will hear hold tone, attendant hears ring back, new destination receives call)

Transfer destination answers call and is connected to the attendant

 

 

Once consultation is complete the attendant presses the “connect” button to transfer the call.
