The user is only able to start/stop, not pause/resume recording on the cloud platform, below are the scenarios:
- A user that is set to On Demand Recording (ODR)
- When they want to record, they press the Two Way Record Button to start the recording
- Press Two Way Record Button again to stop or just hang up
- A user that is set to Always Record (ACR)
- All calls will be recorded automatically.
- If they want to stop a recording they can do this if they press the Two Way Record Button.
- They can start recording again by pressing the Two Way Record Button.
- Please note – if they hang up after stopping a recording, the next call they get will automatically be recorded again.
