This document is intended to provide the reader on how to solve when the programming base does not recognise the Ascom i63 

 

 

Ascom i63 – Programming base does not recognise the Ascom i63 

 

 

If when you set the phone into the programming base and the Ascom WinPDM does not recognise the phone, is because you also need to install the USB.exe file. This was not needed for the Ascom i62, but it is essential for the Ascom i63.

 

Please note you need to install the USB.exe and WinPDM.exe files for the Ascom WinPDM to work with Ascom i63 phone.
