  1. Log in to your Analytics Supervisor account with either the cloud user login details or corresponding Microsoft login details.

  2. Navigate to Dashboard > My Dashboard and either select an existing Wallboard from the list, or create a new one using the “Create” option.

  3. Within the Wallboard, select the “+” next to “List of components”.

  4. In Step 1, Select the Component Type. For the purposes of this KB, we will choose “Key Performance”.

Key Performance: Provides call information of one statistical item
Key Performance(Group): Provides call information on several statistical items by type, (Supervisor
    can select multiple statistics items)
Data Table: Provides a table of statistics by type
Column chart: Provides column charts by type
Pie chart: Provides pie charts by type
Etc: Supervisors can add text or images to the dashboard

  5. In Step 2, select the source for the information. For example, if we select “DASHBOARD > Wallboard > ACD Group Wallboard”, we will be able to show a KPI that can be found on the ACD Group Wallboard.

  6. In Step 3, select the field(s) you wish to be displayed on the component, and choose the font and background colours.

  7. In Step 4, give the component a name and select the Agents/ Extensions/ Groups/ DDIs etc that you wish to include in the component data, then select “Save”.

  8. Once a component has been created, it will appear under “List of components”.

  9. If you click and drag a component onto the Wallboard, it will appear and can be moved and manipulated.

  10. Repeat as necessary with other components, dragging each on to the Wallboard and rearranging as needed.
