This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps to resolve an issue where the WIT400He does not display the call log.
WIT400He – Not Displaying Call Log
If you have encountered an issue where your WIT400He is not displaying the call log you will need to upgrade the firmware of the device. You will need to update the handset to X.0Ag which can be found on the Pragma website within the resource centre.
