IP DECT Central Directory Setup with a UCP

1. On the UCP, under System Data > System Attributes (160~161), set an XSI Service Port (Port must be within the range : 1024 – 65536 and currently not in use).

2. Under Tables Data > Station Authorization Code Table (227), make sure the IPDECT extensions have their Authorization code set.

3. On the IPDECT Primary Base, under Central Directory, set the Central Directory Location to XML server, and set the server to:

https://<IP address of UCP>:<XSI port set in Step 1>

Untick the boxes next to each directory except “Enterprise”.

4. On the IPDECT Base, edit each extension so that the XSI username is the extension Station number and the XSI password is Station Authorization code.

5. Select “Central Directory” on the IPDECT Handset, which will open the central directory. From here, you can search for extensions by typing the extension name using the keys on the handset.
