This document is intended to provide the reader with instruction on how to enable dialling rules on UCS Premium Client.

 

 

Allow UCS Premium Dialling Rules

 

If you are using UCS Premium you will need to allow the dialling rules option within the Premium Server to allow changes to the dialling rules client side. Without doing this you will not see “advance” tab in dialling rules when logged into the client, this is the area we need to modify for prefix 9 click to call etc. 

 

Method

 

On the server go to “feature Permission, user feature permission” as below;

 

 

Now scroll to the right hand side of the page for the station you wish to modify and choose “edit” 

 

From the permissions page, check mark option “allow UCS dialling rule” option as seen below and “save”.

 

 

You will now have the “advance” tab on the dialling rules within settings when logged into the client. Note this will not take affect if you are already signed in to the client, you will need to logout and log back in.
