This document is intended to provide the reader with a solution for UCS Mobile – Cannot connect to Server (TCP/UDP)
UCS Mobile – Cannot connect to Server (TCP/UDP)
If you have a UCS Mobile that cannot connect back to the PBX after the set up procedure has been followed then you need to check the base protocol. To do that on an android open the app and go into settings > network setting > base protocol. If this is set to TCP change it to UDP.
On an iPhone open the main iPhone settings and navigate to the apps section and find the UCS App. Inside that you will find the network options and then you need to change the base protocol to UDP
