Application compatibility with Citrix VDI on UCP 

 

The following applications on a UCP are compatible with Citrix VDI


1.)  UCS Windows client : Supported. Call control mode without voice recommended due to the limitations with rea-time audio/video on Citrix.

2.)  Mondago CRM integration SW : Supported

3.)  IP ATD : Supported. Call control mode without voice recommended due to the limitations with rea-time audio/video on Citrix.
