Custom Call Routing (Auto Attendant)

When an outside call is received on a DID or DISA line, the call may be routed directly to one of 200 user recorded System Announcements to function as an Auto Attendant announcement.  Each System announcement has a corresponding CCR (Caller Controlled Routing) Table.  As an Auto Attendant, the announcement instructs the caller to dial a digit for a specific route (“for sales dial 2”).  The CCR Table defines the routing for each digit the caller may dial.

In addition, the system will monitor digits for a station number. If the user dials a station number, the Auto Attendant will complete an unsupervised call transfer to the station.

The Announcement number, CCR table number and Wav file must all be the same number. So, if the incoming call is routed to Announcement 1, the system will check CCR Table 1 for any routing options.  When the recording is uploaded it needs to be named x.wav depending on which announcement you need it to load into, so in this case you would name it 1.wav.
