iPECS UCP – How to transfer a call directly to another extensions voicemail

 

 

In PGM 120 – Preset call forward, you should set Transfer to Mail Box to be Station Group and the destination to be the VSF-VM group.

 

 

 

 

Then to transfer the call you will need to press TRANS + MESSAGE button + extension number you wish to transfer to. 

 

 

Note, you have to set a password for the extension to be able to have a voicemail, under PGM227.
