This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps to set up a call forward.

 

 

  UCP/eMG80 – Call Forwarding

 

 

You can have selected incoming calls re-routed to other stations (local or networked), station groups, the integrated Auto Attendant/Voice Mail, or over a system outside Line (Off-Net).

 

You select the type and condition under which calls will forward by entering a Call Forward code as follows:

 

  • 0 – Remote Call Forward
  • 1 – Unconditional
  • 2 – Busy
  • 3 – No Answer
  • 4 – Busy/No Answer
  • 5 – Attendant Off-Net
  • 6 – Off-Net Unconditional (SLT)
  • 7 – Off-Net Busy (SLT)
  • 8 – Off-Net No Answer (SLT)
  • 9 – Off-Net Busy/No Answer (SLT)

 

To set a Call forward:

 

  1. Lift the handset or press the SPEAKER button to receive dial tone.
  2. Dial the call forward code (554 in default, this can also be programmed under a flex key)
  3. Dial desired Call Forward code
  4. Dial the destination to receive the calls (station, group number, 9 plus external number or SPEED button followed by speed bin number)
  5. Replace the handset or press the SPEAKER button

 

To deactivate the call forward Dial 554# or press the programmed call forward flex key
