This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary information on MCIM/VCIM capacity when monitoring calls with call recording enabled
UCP – MCIM/VCIM capacity when monitoring calls with call recording enabled
If you are wanting to use call monitoring and you have call recording enabled, you need to consider the MCIM/VCIM resource on the system.
For each monitored call, it will use 4 MCIM/VCIM channels – 3 are used for the stations and one for the VM device.
