This document is intended to provide the reader with a resolution to your mobile extension going through to your mobile voicemail after dialling your ddi.
iPECS UCP – Mobile Extension going to voicemail.
If you are encountering an issue with dialling your DDI from your mobile and discovering that it is going through to your mobile voicemail, you will need to check the following settings on the system.
Within programme 236 (Mobile Extension Table) you will need to check that the mobile number you registered to your handset is visible within the “Telephone Number” field.
If the mobile number you have entered is correct you will need to copy your number from the “Telephone Number” field and enter it within “CLI Number”. After you have made this change you will need to save your latest changes.
Now from your mobile, dial your DDI. The call should now be picked up from the system and provide you with dial tone rather than your mobile voicemail.
