2. Document Purpose & History

 

This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to enable the paging feature.

 

 

 

 UCP/eMG80 – Paging

 

 

To enable the paging feature you should first enable page access in PGM 111 – Common Attributes for the stations you desire to have access to paging.

 

 

 

Then in PGM 118 – Internal Page Zone, you should set the internal page zone in which you will like to page (like a paging group for extensions in zone 1)

 

 

Internal Page Zone is related to the first feature code range in PGM 106~109 –  Flexible Numbering Plan: Internal Page Zone (in this case *301)
