2. Document Purpose & History

 

This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary information for compatible versions for use with iPECS One.

 

 

iPECS ONE – Compatibility guide

 

To use iPECS ONE you must ensure you are using the following software versions;

 

  • Windows and Mac Desktops: Google Chrome web browser only
  • Android: Version 8.0 or later
  • iOS: Version 12.0 or later

Listed below are the makes and models of phones that are confirmed to be compatible with IPECS One

 

(Please note the Supported Model Policy states – the product must be within 5 years of launch (5 years prior to the new release of IPECS ONE).  Even if the product is released within 5 years, they will only be supported if the Android or iOS OS is not below the version supported by IPECS ONE) 

 

  • Android (Google Play Store):

    Samsung Galaxy S9, S10, S20, S21, S22, Note 9, 10, A33
    Android Tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab 8, A8, S7 FE
    LG G7, 8, V30, V40, V50 and Velvet

  • iOS:

    iPhone  11 & 11 Pro, Pro Max, iPhone X, XS, XS Max, XR, 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max, SE 2nd 3rd, 13, 13 Pro Max 14, 14 Pro

    Tablet iPad (6th -9th) Pro (3rd-5th), iPad Air (3rd-5th), iPad Mini (5th-6th)

 

We also recommend that if iPECS ONE and 1000i handsets are being used in the same environment that the 1000i handsets are running version 1.0.12 or later.
