This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to peform mass extension changes on cloud.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Mass extension changes

 

After you have created all of your users as templates you can now amend the information linked to all the users easily at once. To do this the first step is to select List Download within user setup, this will give you a template including all of the users that you have created.

 

 

When you open the template you will then be able to see as shown below. Note: any fields that have been coloured are unable to be amended.

 

 

You can now go through and amend all names, portal passwords and emails. Once done, save the document and now it can be uploaded back in to the portal updating the users with your changes.
