This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to stop a customers service on the iPECS Cloud.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Stopping customer’s service

 

 

 

 

In Cloud v3 you are able to stop the service on a customer. This will disable their ability to dial out or receive calls.

 
In the reseller portal, navigate to modify existing customer and choose the customer. Choose service stop and then click service stop and OK. This will stop the service of the customer. 
 

 

To re-start the service of the customer, navigate to ‘Service Start’ within Orders Process, select the customer and click service start.
