This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to set system timers on the Cloud.
iPECS Cloud – System timers
In the customer manager portal, within ‘System Tone’ you are able to change timers for the system e.g. hold recall, transfer recall and call park recall times.
This can be amended between the ranges shown on the portal. Once set accordingly click save.
