This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to setup your home screen widgets on iPECS Cloud.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Home screen settings

 

 

On the cloud portal you are able to setup widgets to show on the customer portal home screen to show stats like hourly & weekly call stats.

 

To set this up navigate to ‘My Home Setting’ in the customer manager portal. Within here you are able to drag the widgets from the right panel onto the left side, which will show accordingly on the home page.

 

 

After moving the widget and clicking save, when you click ‘My home’ or login, you will see these widgets.
