The user is only able to start/stop, not pause/resume recording on the cloud platform, below are the scenarios:

 

  1. A user that is set to On Demand Recording (ODR)
    1. When they want to record, they press the Two Way Record Button to start the recording
    2. Press Two Way Record Button again to stop or just hang up
  2. A user that is set to Always Record (ACR)
    1. All calls will be recorded automatically.
    2. If they want to stop a recording they can do this if they press the Two Way Record Button.
    3. They can start recording again by pressing the Two Way Record Button.
    4. Please note – if they hang up after stopping a recording, the next call they get will automatically be recorded again.
