2. Document Purpose & History

 

This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps on how to add contacts to the company directory on the iPECS Cloud.

 

 

iPECS Cloud – Adding contacts to the company directory

 

 

To add contacts to the customer directory go to Company Directory and click add.

You need to enter a first name, then populate either Work, Mobile or Other field.

Then on Group Speed Dial you need to refer to the field you populated above and give a speed bin number from 0000 – 9999.

 

 

You can also use the Format Download button to download an excel spreadsheet in the correct format. Then enter up to 500 contacts on the excel spreadsheet and save. Then use the Upload button to upload those company directories.
