2. Document Purpose & History

As of Cloud version 5.5, it is now possible to create a multi client user with iPECS One and one of the following:

  • IP DECT
  • iPECS Anywhere
  • 3rd Party SIP Device

NOTE – It is not possible to use Call Control mode when paired with a non-LIP device

Creating a new user

 

 

  1.  On the Customer Manager portal, navigate to User > User Setup and select “Add” at the bottom.

  2. Fill in the necessary user info, and then navigate to the “Device” tab at the bottom. Select iPECS One as the first client, and then one of the following for the secondary device:

  3. Click “Save” to create the user.

 

Editing an existing user

 

  1. On the Customer Manager portal, navigate to User > User Setup and select the user you wish to modify. On the user, under the Device tab, Click “Add”.

  2. Select either “Soft Client / IP Dect” or “3rd Party SIP Device” and fill in the relevant details.

  3. Once complete, select “Save”.
