2. Document Purpose & History

As of Cloud version 5.5, Cloud supports TLS Transport mode for select handsets. The following handsets are supported:

  • 1010i
  • 1020i
  • 1030i
  • 1040i
  • 1050i

  1. On the Customer Manager portal, navigate to User > User Setup, and select the user you want to change the Transport mode for.
  2. Under the “Device” tab, click the drop down next to “Transport Mode” and Select “TLS”.

  3. Click “Save”.
