This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps to create a multi client user on Cloud.

 

 

 

iPECS Cloud –  Creating a multi client user

 

 

 

The list for multi client combinations is as below:

 

  • 1000i / LDP /LIP phone + UCE/iPECS ONE/GDC800H/110dh/ANYWHERE for iPECS Cloud

 

  • UCE + UCE (Desktop + Mobile)

 

  • iPECS ONE + GDC800H/110dh/ANYWHERE for iPECS Cloud

 

  • 3rd party SIP Device + iPECS ONE/IP DECT/ANYWHERE for iPECS Cloud

 

 

When creating a multi client user, you can use the question mark icon to check what cannot be a multi client.

 

 

An IP Attendant, a hotdesk user and a virtual number cannot be a multi client.

 

Also, when you create a multi client user, you won’t be able to add the ACD group user license, so ACD group users cannot be a multi client. Just a single client.
