This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps to divert to a choice of mobiles using a flex key
Diverting to a choice of mobile numbers using a flex key
If you need to divert your system at night to an engineer on call for example, but, there would be a different mobile number each day, you can use mobile extension to enable the customer to do it using a flex key on their handset.
- Set up routing to the relevant station for the time of day you need to do this.
- Set Mobile extension up for that station. You can enter up to 5 numbers.
- Programme a flex key with the feature code Mobile Extension activate/deactivate.
When the user leaves for the day, they press the Mobile Extension Register key and choose which mobile number they want to forward to (1-5), followed by 1 for on.
They can press it again to deactivate the feature as above but this time, dial 0 for off
