ACD agent logout

ACD agent is logged out.
• Reason
• Check Point
If the ACD agent is re-registered by rebooting the terminal while it is logged on, the ACD agent is automatically logged out.
Check Agent Settings: EMS Customer Manager Portal > Call Manager > Call Center > ACD Group > Select Agent Group > Click Agent(tab) > Agent No Answer > Agent No Answer Option for Incoming Call
The UDP hole punching time (UDP idle timeout) should be more than 60 seconds.
