This document is intended to provide the reader with the necessary steps to improve Video Quality and rectify frozen screen

 

If you are connecting the 1080i to Cloud please ensure ACR is not used for Video calling to work. 

 

 

 

1080i Poor Video Quality and Frozen Screen

 

If the 1080i is getting poor video quality please make sure the Firmware is 1.0.9, available from the Pragma Reseller Portal.

The RTP packet size will also have to reduced if the 1080i is suffering from a Frozen video call.

This is network specific and relies on the amount of RTP packets that can be reordered in the network environment.

Browse to the 1080i using the IP address of the handset connected to your network. eg. https://192.168.1.51. Default login is admin and password is ipkts

If the video is still freezing, you will then need to reduce the Max RTP Packet size from 1400 to 1000.
